answer text <p>The House of Commons Commission does not hold records on such meetings, other than meetings of Committees on Private Bills attended by the Remembrancer.</p><p>The City Remembrancer has been involved in the promotion of two private bills since 2010 on behalf of the City of London: City of London (Various Powers) Bill in 2013 and the City of London Corporation (Open Spaces) Bill in 2017. <br></p><p>The City of London (Various Powers) Bill was referred to an unopposed bill committee which met on 16 July 2013. The Committee members were Mr Lindsay Hoyle, Mr Adrian Bailey, Sir Peter Bottomley, Teresa Pearce and Craig Whittaker. These individuals may hold positions as directors, managers or specialists in addition to their duties as contract managers. Contract management is just one element of their wider role.
