<p>As the Secretary of State set out in his previous answer, since the referendum
the Office of the Secretary of State for Wales has been engaging with stakeholders
throughout Wales to hear their views on how we make Brexit work for Wales, including
through the Secretary of State’s expert panel of stakeholders. The issues raised in
these discussions have been familiar ones, including the importance of maintaining
access to European markets, ensuring that employers are able to recruit the workforce
they require, and making sure that Wales grasps the opportunities presented by the
UK’s exit from the EU.</p><p>EU Exit is an all-of-government operation. The Department
for Exiting the European Union is doing detailed work with departments including the
Office of the Secretary of State for Wales to support the ongoing negotiations by
understanding the risks and opportunities of leaving the EU and coordinating planning.</p>
