The Secretary of State announced in the white paper that the government would explore the potential for regulating the largest prize draws and competitions that sit outside of gambling regulation.The Gambling Commission monitors products such as those which sit outside the boundary of regulated gambling.We are working closely with Gambling Commission on implementing the white paper, including gathering evidence and considering options on prize draws.
