The Wales Office is not an employer in its own right. The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) provide employment and recruitment services on our behalf. To ensure the best possible mix of talent and remove barriers for all individuals, including ex-offenders, the MoJ fully implemented the Ban the Box initiative in October 2016. Data prior to this date is not available.
