We are not yet in a position to release full statistics, therefore we are unable to provide the information requested. When system data becomes available and fully assured they will be released as part of a managed process, which will be pre-announced and in line with the Code of Practice for Official Statistics.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>We have released limited, relevant data on the 2012 statutory child maintenance scheme on an experimental basis. This information is routinely published in the CSA Quarterly Summary of Statistics available at: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/child-support-agency-quarterly-summary-statistics--2" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/child-support-agency-quarterly-summary-statistics--2</a></p><p> </p><p>The change in trend can be attributed to the fact that since 25 November 2013 all new applications are now being processed by the Child Maintenance Service. We are not yet in a position to release full statistics for these cases and are therefore unable to provide the information requested. When system data becomes available and fully assured they will be released as part of a managed process, which will be pre-announced and in line with the Code of Practice for Official Statistics.</p><p> </p><p>The figures above relate to those receiving support within the statutory child maintenance schemes. Children also benefit from financial support as part of arrangements made outside the statutory schemes, including private arrangements made between the separated parents, which are known as &quot;family-based arrangements”. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 07/07/2014 answer text <p /> <p /> <p>Child Maintenance Group (CMG) staff, based at Barnsley, were used on three, limited duration, occasions (November 2013, January 2014 and February 2014) when call demand exceeded forecasted volumes.</p><p> </p><p>The number of CMG staff engaged in this activity, at any one time, varied between 5 and 20 colleagues for periods ranging from minutes to hours. Most of this activity took place in the CMG Barnsley office. Although, there was a short period, before telephony lines could be transferred, when CMG staff travelled to the Child Maintenance Options office.</p><p> </p><p>CMG staff have been used as contingency only where demand is above the agreed contracted level.
