answer text <p>The illegitimate &quot;elections&quot;, that took place on 11 November in the non-Government controlled territories of the so-called &quot;Luhansk People's Republic&quot; and &quot;Donetsk People's Republic&quot; in the Donbas contravene the commitments made under the Minsk Agreements and violate Ukrainian law.</p><p>The EU condemned these illegitimate &quot;elections&quot; on 10 November. In a statement on 12 November, the UK condemned these elections as part of Russia's continued violation of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. answer text <p>​The Foreign Secretary has had no discussions to date with the President-elect of Brazil. The Prime Minister wrote to President-elect Jair Bolsonaro following his election. Our Ambassador to Brazil met him during the campaign, as he did the other candidates, and since the election has met members of his transition team.</p> more like this
