answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/11/2018 answer text <p>The illegitimate &quot;elections&quot;, that took place on 11 November in the non-Government controlled territories of the so-called &quot;Luhansk People's Republic&quot; and &quot;Donetsk People's Republic&quot; in the Donbas contravene the commitments made under the Minsk Agreements and violate Ukrainian law.</p><p>The EU condemned these illegitimate &quot;elections&quot; on 10 November. In a statement on 12 November, the UK condemned these elections as part of Russia's continued violation of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity. The Prime Minister wrote to President-elect Jair Bolsonaro following his election.
