answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/05/2019 answer text <p>The World Health Organization Framework Convention on Tobacco Control (WHO FCTC) is delivering the FCTC 2030 project, including supporting fifteen low and middle-income countries to accelerate the implementation of the WHO FCTC. Implementation of the Protocol to Eliminate Illicit Trade in Tobacco Products, including tobacco track and trace systems, is not a specific area of focus for the FCTC 2030 project. However, several FCTC 2030 countries have joined the Protocol. It is for local authorities themselves to determine how best to use these resources based on their assessment of local need and with regard to their statutory duties. This funding is in addition to what the National Health Service spends on preventative interventions such as immunisation and screening, including over £1.2 billion on national public health functions in 2018/19.</p><p>Public Health England monitors and publishes data on trends for the wide range of indicators of public health set out in the Public Health Outcomes Framework. Most are stable or improving. Member for Romford (Andrew Rosindell MP) on 26 March 2019 Question <a href="https://www.parliament.uk/business/publications/written-questions-answers-statements/written-question/Commons/2019-03-18/233488/" target="_blank">233488</a>.</p><p> </p><p>We want to ensure that parents have the right information when making important choices such as vaccinations for their children – as well as for people of all ages eligible for vaccines against diseases such as meningitis and shingles. The Department is working with Public Health England to help remind people about the dreadful diseases vaccines protect against.</p><p> </p><p>We have also been in discussion with major social media companies such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram about the issue of misinformation and proliferation of harmful content and its impact on people’s mental health, holding a summit on Monday 28 April, where vaccines were also raised. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 08/05/2019 answer text <p>The National Health Service Long Term Plan published in January 2019 set out that by 2021, where appropriate, every person diagnosed with cancer will have access to personalised care, including needs assessment, a care plan and health and wellbeing information and support. This will be delivered in line with the NHS Comprehensive Model for Personalised Care. This will empower people to manage their care and the impact of their cancer, and maximise the potential of digital and community-based support. Over the next three years every patient with cancer will get a full assessment of their needs, an individual care plan and information and support for their wider health and wellbeing.
