answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/11/2019 answer text <p>The government’s medium-term economic and fiscal forecasting is undertaken by the independent Office for Budget Responsibility in line with its statutory duty.</p><p> </p><p>The most recent growth forecast was published in March 2019 in the OBR’s Economic and Fiscal Outlook. It is a standard assessment of the direct costs and benefits to businesses of the elements of the Bill.
