answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/09/2015 answer text <p>Individuals who have been identified as victims of trafficking by the competent authorities are normally considered suitable for detention in only very exceptional circumstances, which include cases where there is a risk of public harm. We will continue to work closely with the UNHCR to identify appropriate cases, prioritising the most vulnerable.
