<p>The Health and Safety Executive, in February this year published guidance (<a href="http://www.hse.gov.uk/mvr/topics/electric-hybrid.htm" target="_blank">http://www.hse.gov.uk/mvr/topics/electric-hybrid.htm</a>) for both people servicing and repairing these vehicles and those involved in roadside recovery, including the emergency services.</p>
