<p>The Department for International Trade (DIT) has a contract with Clifford Chance

order to set up this contract and has ongoing meetings to contract manage it. DIT
has no financial contract with FTI Consulting and Fenchurch Advisory Partners.</p><p>Since
2015, DIT has interacted with Clifford Chance on at least 65 occasions, FTI Consulting
on 97 and Fenchurch Advisory Partners twice. These interactions include meetings with
