answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 17/04/2024 answer text <p>DWP is recruiting Covert Surveillance Officers.</p><p> </p><p>The Department’s Counter Fraud, Compliance &amp; Debt directorate (CFCD) undertakes directed surveillance as part of the criminal investigation process.</p><p> </p><p>All surveillance activity is applied for under the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA) 2000 and is conducted in line with the surveillance Code of Practice. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 20/05/2019 answer text <p>Juries are randomly selected, independent and make decisions purely on the basis of the facts presented to them by the prosecution and defence. Jury members receive no advice or training prior to being called to serve on any case.
