answer text <p>As per section 124 of the ‘Articles of Association’ published by the Bright Tribe Academy Trust, trustees are asked to make minutes available as soon as reasonably practicable for those wishing to inspect them.</p><p>It is however right that under section 125, trustees can mark some matters as confidential.
