answer text <p>We recently added 73 stations to the £300m Access for All programme, which provides accessible routes at stations. Network Rail will engage with local disability groups to ensure that designs meet the needs of all passengers.</p><p> </p><p>£20m of this funding is available for smaller scale access improvements and we will welcome nominations for projects that provide improvements for non-visible disabilities, such as autism.</p><p> </p><p>Direct awards and future franchise replacements will also require train operators to deliver staff disability training which includes awareness of non-visible disabilities.</p><p> </p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>From 2015 up to the end of first quarter of 2019, HS2 Ltd received 1,224 Freedom of Information (FOI) and Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) requests. Where an exemption (FOI) or an exception (EIR) applied, all of the requested information was withheld on 239 occasions. The proportion of resolvable requests withheld in full for each period is as follows: (a) 2015, 12% (b) 2016, 19% (c) 2017, 25% (d) 2018, 19% and (e) first quarter of 2019, 24%.</p><p> </p> more like this

answer text <p>Ahead of a potential exit on 29 March, DfT worked with a number of Departments to develop planning assumptions for a potential no deal exit. Since April, Departments have reviewed the planning assumptions and developed new assumptions based on the most recent information from Member States and in light of the extension to 31 October 2019. These assumptions are focused on a reasonable worst case scenario, rather than what we expect to happen, and have already been shared with key partners to support revision of contingency plans, where appropriate, for a potential no deal scenario on 31 October. These planning assumptions remain under review throughout the planning process. The Government does not publish sensitive risk assessments of this nature.</p> more like this
