answer text <p>The general requirement for all RAF personnel to be fit for duty is underpinned by the Service Offence of Unfitness or Misconduct through Alcohol and Drugs as set out in Section 20 of the Armed Forces Act 2006, as amended by the Armed Forces Act 2011.</p><p>RAF pilots are subject to the same drug and alcohol testing rules as all other RAF personnel with the addition of lower prescribed alcohol limits.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Department's Defence People Health and Wellbeing Strategy (DPHWS) (2016-2021), which focuses on Lifestyles, Injury Prevention, Preventative Health and Mental Health, aims to ensure that all Defence people enjoy a state of positive physical and mental health and wellbeing, feeling connected with, and supported by, the military and wider community.</p><p>Additionally, the Defence People Mental Health and Wellbeing Strategy (DPMHWS), launched in July 2017, identified the need for strong partnerships with the Department of Health, the National Health Service (NHS) in England and the Devolved Administrations as well as the charitable sector, and for a new operating model focusing on Promote, Prevent, Treat and Detect. answer text <p>119 Recovery Company, the primary user of the Army Reserve Centre in Prestatyn, will be vacating the site in the next couple of years. The individual Reservists affected will be assisted to transfer to other units in the region based on their personal circumstances.</p><p>The Reserve Forces and Cadets Association, the site owner, is in the process of considering the sites future use. This includes determining whether there are other potential Armed Forces users and disposal options. In the interim, the current occupants, including a detachment of Clywd and Gwynedd Army Cadet Force, will continue to use it.</p> more like this
