answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/12/2017 answer text <p>Since 2013, a number of textual amendments or annotations have been made to the following regulations, such as to reflect changes in related legislation:</p><p>• Access to Medical Reports Act 1988</p><p>• Human Rights Act 1998</p><p>• Access to Health Records Act 1990</p><p>• Computer Misuse Act 1990</p><p>• Data Protection Act 1998</p><p>• Health and Social Care (Safety and Quality) Act 2015</p><p>Following a second review of information governance, the Caldicott Principles were revised in 2013.
