answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 13/01/2017 answer text <p>DExEU, supported by other departments across Government, is carrying out a programme of sectoral and regulatory analysis. We are conducting analysis on over 50 sectors within the areas of goods; services; financial services; network industries; and agriculture and fisheries. We are also carrying out analysis on cross-cutting regulations. Together with extensive stakeholder engagement, all this analysis will be used to inform the Government’s approach to, and during, the negotiations.<br><br>There are a range of factors affecting the financial services sector, of which passporting is one. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 18/01/2017 answer text <p>If the UK were to leave the EU without alternative trading arrangements in place, WTO rules would require that trade between the UK and the EU would be subject to Most-Favoured Nation (MFN) treatment for goods and services. The average amount of tariffs that would have to be paid would depend on MFN commitments.
