answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/10/2014 answer text <p>In terms of future investment planning for the strategic road network, the Highways Agency is currently conducting its route strategy process to establish operational and investment priorities for all routes on the strategic road network. It is through this process that improvements to the A64 between York and Scarborough will be considered.
