answer text <p>The Government's Talent Action Plan (available online at: <a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/351194/Talent_Action_Plan.pdf" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/351194/Talent_Action_Plan.pdf</a>) noted that &quot;many civil servants already take advantage of measures such as flexible working. Where flexible working is managed in line with business need, it can help unlock employees’ full potential and challenge traditional ways of working&quot;.</p><p>Recruitment outside of the senior civil service is a matter for departments but we do know that a majority of vacancy adverts include the reference that &quot;This/these jobs are available for full-time, part-time or flexible working arrangements (including job share arrangements)&quot;.</p><p>Information on numbers employed under specific flexible working arrangements is not held centrally.</p><p> </p> more like this
