This includes around 25 communications specialists, who work in partnership with other communications specialists across government and the private sector. The Prosperity Fund is committed to ensuring that safeguarding and modern slavery considerations are consistent with wider ODA policy and practice across government led by DFID. A Prosperity Fund Commercial Framework, managed by the FCO, has recently been put in place to support the commercial delivery of major Prosperity Fund programmes. This incorporates a supplier code of conduct covering areas such as safeguarding, social responsibility, human rights and ethical behaviour. Programmes contribute to a number of the Sustainable Development Goals, including SDG 13, for example through the development of low carbon development technologies and improving energy efficiency. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 26/10/2018 answer text <p>The Cabinet Office became aware of this issue at the beginning of October, and took</p><p>immediate steps to ascertain what had happened and why, and to seek reassurance from</p><p>departments that they had received the notification when it was resent on 11 June, and</p><p>that they had not destroyed any records relevant to the Inquiry during the period 3 April</p><p>to 11 June.</p><p> </p><p>All relevant departments and relevant areas within departments worked urgently to</p><p>confirm that they have not destroyed any records relevant to the Inquiry during the</p><p>period between 3rd April and 11th June, and have provided confirmation.</p><p> </p><p>The Department of Health and Social Care put in place a moratorium on the destruction of historical records as soon as the Inquiry was announced in July 2017.</p><p> </p><p>Because of their size and the complexity of some of the records they hold, HM Courts and Tribunals Service and the Legal Aid Agency are continuing to work to provide this assurance and have committed to doing so as urgently as possible. These reports were triaged and prioritised using our new categorisation process, working closely with law enforcement where required. As was recently noted in the NCSC’s Annual Review, between 1 September 2017 and 31 August 2018, 557 of these incidents warranted an enhanced level of investigation. A smaller subset necessitated a cross-government coordinated response.
