answer text <p>The Government is determined that everyone who is entitled to the National Minimum Wage (NMW) receives it. Anyone who feels they have been underpaid NMW should contact the Acas helpline on 0300 123 1100. HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) review all complaints that are referred to them. Care sector complaints are a priority area and are fast-tracked for investigation.</p><br /><p>HMRC have published an extensive evaluation of NMW enforcement in the social care sector over the period 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2013; there are no plans to publish an additional report on this sector at present:</p><br /><p><a href="https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/national-minimum-wage-compliance-in-the-social-care-sector" target="_blank">https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/national-minimum-wage-compliance-in-the-social-care-sector</a></p> more like this
