The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) website has guidance on managing the risks for pregnant workers. <a href="https://www.hse.gov.uk/mothers/index.htm" target="_blank">Protecting new and expectant mothers at work - HSE</a></p><p> </p><p>Employers have a legal duty, under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations sec 16(4) to act in accordance with the results of their risk assessment for pregnant workers. However, some offices ordered a reduced number of devices based on capacity in the office and the need of customers at that time.</li><li>We closed a number of offices between 2017 and 2019.
