answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/04/2019 answer text <p>The Government welcomed the recent Engaging Libraries programme, supported by Carnegie UK Trust and the Wellcome Trust, which enabled public library services to pilot creative public engagement projects on health and wellbeing. We also welcome the announcement that a second phase of the programme will be launched later in 2019.</p><p> </p><p>In line with the learning in this report, the Government recognises the important roles that libraries can play in promoting health and wellbeing. In December 2016, the Libraries Taskforce (which was jointly established by DCMS and the Local Government Association) published its Libraries Deliver: Ambition document. This set out seven strategic Outcomes to which libraries contribute and that local and central government is seeking to support and encourage; one of these was helping people to have healthier and happier lives.</p><p> </p><p>The Taskforce includes representatives of Public Health England and NHS England, and has been active in promoting and sharing good practice about a number of the Engaging Libraries projects through its blog on GOV.UK. AirBnB publish an insights document every year, which looks at the platform’s impact on the tourism sector. Instead, it may receive adhoc payments for specific projects to benefit its estate and/or the wider historic environment. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 25/03/2019 answer text <p>DCMS officials were in regular contact with the European Commission throughout 2016 and 2017 about the European Capital of Culture competition, and were notified of the European Commission's decision to discontinue the UK’s eligibility in the competition for the next round (2020-2033).</p><p> </p><p>The UK is seeking an ambitious agreement on cultural cooperation with the EU as part of our future partnership as set out in the Political Declaration. The UK is continuing to explore participation in the successor to Creative Europe, which includes the European Capital of Culture Competition. VisitBritain sit on the Coastal Tourism Leadership Forum (run by the National Coastal Tourism Academy), helping to shape the Coastal Visitor Economy Vision and Action Plan. DCMS are observers at the forum.</p><p> </p><p>My colleagues in the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government also provide support and funding to coastal areas through the Coastal Communities Fund and the Coastal Revival Fund, much of which has a tourism focus. The UK and the EU have proposed reciprocal visa-free travel arrangements to enable UK, EU and EEA citizens to continue to travel freely for tourism in the future. This is the case in both a deal or no deal scenario.</p><p> </p><p>The Government has also confirmed that EU nationals and citizens of Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway or Switzerland can continue to travel on a national ID card until December 2020 and use e-passport gates when travelling on a passport.
