answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 10/12/2014 answer text <p>As set out in the Annual Energy Statement, estimated spending on the Renewables Obligation for 2014/15 and 2015/16 is:</p><p>2014/15: £2,795m</p><p>2015/16: £3,360m</p><p>Both figures are in 2011/12 prices, and the figure for 2015/16 includes both estimated committed expenditure and projected expenditure on new build.</p><p>While we do not publish separate figures setting out projected expenditure on particular size projects of individual technologies, the Government response to the consultation to close the Renewables Obligation to large-scale solar (above 5MW) estimated that between 1.7GW and 4GW of solar of all scales would deploy in 2014/15 under the Renewables Obligation, and that between 300MW and 500MW of solar under 5MW would deploy in 2015/16. National Grid is the Delivery Body for the allocation of Contracts for Difference. Regulations limit the information released to the Department during and after the allocation process, for example because it is commercially confidential or where its release could undermine the efficiency of the auction process.</p><p>We intend to provide information on those applicants who are successful and sign contracts when the allocation process concludes next year. DECC is working with community energy stakeholders and the FCA to ensure the right balance is struck between consumer/ investor protection and realising the full potential of community energy.</p><p>The FCA has registered 220 co-operatives and community benefit societies (of all types of business, not just community energy projects) as of 19 November this year. It has rejected approximately 50 co-operatives and community benefit society applications. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 21/10/2014 answer text <p>There are established processes through which potential risks from stranded assets in the fossil fuels sector are managed.</p><p>As recently as 8 July 2014 the Governor of the Bank of England wrote to the Chair of the Environmental Audit Committee on this issue saying that the Bank monitors risks to financial stability associated with a ‘carbon bubble’ through its regular gathering of information on financial stability risks.</p><p>Furthermore companies are requested, through the Companies Act 2006, to report on their principal risks as part of their annual report &amp; accounts. I am assured that HMRC fully and properly considered the alleged breaches at the 2013 Defence and Security Equipment International exhibition, as they would in any case where potential breaches are detected or where there are credible allegations of an offence. It sets out Clarion’s role and responsibilities, and those of the exhibitor companies, regarding export and trade control legislation.</p><p>The process of agreeing the MOU drew on the experience of previous exhibitions. The MOU contains specific provisos instructing Clarion to inform their exhibitors that, where required, they must apply to the Export Control Organisation in their own right for the appropriate export and trade control licences.
