answer text <p>Under the Armed Forces Medical Deployability Standard (MDS) categories, Medically Fully Deployable (MFD) personnel are those who are medically fit for duty with no employment limitations.</p><p> </p><p>Medically Limited Deployable (MLD) personnel are those medically fit for duty with minor employment limitations. They may have a medical condition or functional limitation that prevents the meeting of all MFD requirements. Medically Not Deployable (MND) personnel are those medically fit for duty with major employment limitations. They are not fit to deploy on operations but may be deployable on UK based exercises.</p><p> </p><p>The following table shows the number of UK Regular Armed Forces personnel by MDS category in each year from 2010 to 2016, as at 1 April. answer text <p>This issue was raised at meeting with the Rail Delivery Group (RDG) in December 2016.</p><p>The Railcard is administered by Ministry of Defence (MOD) Human Resources personnel so the cost of a Railcard to Service personnel is considerably cheaper than the cost of cards administered by Train Company personnel.</p><p>The position remains unchanged since 2013 as a Railcard is a concession given by the Rail Companies and the MOD has no power on the decisions made by the commercial Rail Companies.</p> more like this

answer text <p>276 staff are employed by Defence Business Services in Liverpool. Walker House in Liverpool is included in the Ministry of Defence (MOD) Estate Optimisation Strategy and there is a strategic plan to vacate this site in 2023. Civilian personnel will be expected to honour their mobility obligations if their post is being relocated. Where an individual's post is being relocated outside the scope of their personal mobility obligation, they will be managed in accordance with normal Departmental policy and processes. Formal Trades Union consultation will occur well in advance of any closure.</p> more like this
