More greenhouse gases are in our atmosphere, and the climate is changing faster than at any time in human history. This requires unprecedented, rapid action to reduce emissions and build resilience and adaptation strategies. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 01/04/2019 answer text <p>We are aware of reports that allege that organ harvesting may be taking place in China, including suggestions that minority and religious groups are being specifically targeted. This includes the 2016 update to the Kilgour, Matas and Gutmann report and other information provided so far to the ongoing tribunal organised by the International Coalition to End Transplant Abuse in China. We continue to scrutinise the situation carefully and review new information as it becomes available. At present, however, our assessment is that there is not a strong enough evidential base to substantiate the claim that systematic state-sponsored or sanctioned organ harvesting is taking place in China. We continue to work overseas and through the UN to improve the situation of indigenous people around the world. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/01/2019 answer text <p>​The UK continues to push for greater international cooperation on climate change.</p><p>Last month at the Katowice COP 24 conference we reached an agreement on the rulebook for Paris Agreement implementation, a crucial step towards international accountability. However, all our assessments conclude that the current level of global ambition is still not enough to meet the Paris goals of just over three years ago. We need unprecedented and rapid action to reduce emissions and build resilience.</p><p>Minister of State for the Commonwealth and United Nations, Lord Ahmad, spoke just last week at the UN Security Council on the need to do more, and the UK is leading on Climate Resilience at the UN Secretary General's Climate Summit in September.</p><p>The UK takes the lead internationally on coal phase-out, renewable energy and zero emission vehicles, amongst others, but we are clear that in order to meet the Paris Agreement goals, all countries need to do more.</p> answering member constituency Cities of London and Westminster answering member printed Mark Field question first answered 28/01/2019 16:31:05 answering member 1405 label Biography information for Mark Field
