Through this arrangement Cabinet Office monitors and reviews contract and supplier performance, and is implementing Government Commericlal Function advice. This was a loss by a 3rd party supplier working on behalf of the Office of Civil Society (OCS) collecting survey data​.</p><p> </p><p>​In ​2017​ we introduced a more robust method of incident ​reporting​.
