answer text <p>The handling of completed postal ballot packs by campaigners is unacceptable. The Electoral Commission already strongly advises against the practice, and as part of the wider reform package outlined in our response to Sir Eric’s review, the Government is considering how a ban on this activity could be implemented.</p> more like this
