<p>Security at the Port of Belfast is a devolved matter in Northern Ireland. Security arrangements at the Port of Belfast are the responsibility of the Belfast Harbour Police, managed by Belfast Harbour Commissioners, who are appointed by Northern Ireland’s Department for Infrastructure.</p>
