answer text <p>Wales Office data is hosted on the Ministry of Justice systems. The Ministry of Justice estimate that 90% of the data held is hosted in the UK and the remaining 10% overseas. Wales Office data cannot be disaggregated within this estimate. No standard methodology exists for calculating this figure, and as such a significant margin of error can be assumed.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Wales Act 2017 devolves further powers to the National Assembly for Wales and the Welsh Government in areas such the environment, transport and elections. Most of these new powers will come into force on 1 April.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, the UK Government is in discussions with the Welsh Government on where powers should best sit following EU exit and where common frameworks will need to be maintained. The Government expects the outcome of this work will lead to a significant increase in the decision making powers of the National Assembly for Wales.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The Government has made a commitment to release surplus government owned property with capacity of at least 160,000 homes and raising at least £5 billion from land and property disposals by 2020. The details of the government land and property released over the previous financial year will be published as part of the Transparency Review in summer 2017.</p><p> </p><p>Departments released a total of 468 sites in 2015/16, which generated £973 million.</p><p> </p><p>No land or property releases were contributed by the Wales Office.</p><p> </p><p>The Wales Office is a small Government Department with a single building on Whitehall and lease of half a floor in Cardiff Bay.</p><p> </p><p><strong> </strong></p> more like this

answer text <p>As the Prime Minister has consistently said, what will determine the timing of the referendum is the outcome of the negotiation. The only deadline we have set is to hold the referendum by the end of 2017. The Government has made no decisions on the date, except to specifically rule out holding it on 5 May 2016 or 4 May 2017.</p><p> </p><p>As the Foreign Secretary has said – ultimately, the decision will be made by the House, as the date will be decided by a statutory instrument brought before it.</p> more like this
