Most of these new powers will come into force on 1 April.</p><p> </p><p>In addition, the UK Government is in discussions with the Welsh Government on where powers should best sit following EU exit and where common frameworks will need to be maintained. The only deadline we have set is to hold the referendum by the end of 2017.
