Member in the time available before Prorogation.</del></p><p><ins class="ministerial">Eligible at-risk Afghan Nationals, who were directly employed by the British Government and British Council, and those working for programmes funded by the British Government and British Council who supported the UK effort in Afghanistan, are both being considered for resettlement if they applied for the MOD-led Afghan Relocation and Assistance Policy (ARAP) scheme. The eligibility criteria for ARAP is set out on gov.uk. Any offer of resettlement will be contingent on security screening and provision of biometric information. Where credible allegations of atrocities are made, we urge Azerbaijan's Government to comply with its international obligations.</del></p><p> </p><p><ins class="ministerial">The UK believes that those who commit atrocities in armed conflicts need to be held accountable. We call on states and non-state actors engaged in armed conflict to respect international humanitarian law, and to act in accordance with their obligations under it. In the case of Azerbaijani military action in Nagorno-Karabakh in September, the UK was vocal in calling for an end to the conflict, the protection of civilians and for immediate humanitarian access. In addition to the countries and organisations who have participated in previous URCs, we have also invited countries from Africa, Asia, the Middle East and South America, recognising the economic consequences of the war globally. A greater number of international businesses, have also been invited to promote the strength and potential of the private sector to support Ukraine's recovery. The mandated training is the Defence Information Management Passport (DIMP) online course, which must be retaken every three years, and annual attendance at a General Security Threat Brief (this covers all elements of protective security and includes information and cyber security).</p><p>In the period 1 February 2021 (when Version six was introduced) to 4 October 2021, a total of <del class="ministerial">81,306</del><ins class="ministerial">12,520</ins> MOD <ins class="ministerial">civil service</ins> staff completed or refreshed their DIMP in accordance with the three-yearly cycle. Completion data is not held by grade within the Defence Learning Environment. Longer term training records will be held locally by business units, but collating this information would involve going out to all sites across MOD, and this would incur disproportionate cost.</p><p>General Security Threat Briefs are delivered locally, and no data regarding attendance is held centrally.
