answer text <p>The High Court found in September 2019 that there is a clear and sufficient legal framework for police use of live facial recognition technology.</p><p>The Information Commissioner’s Office has investigated the police use of it, and the Surveillance Camera Commissioner promotes compliance with the Surveillance Camera Code, and has produced guidance on the use of the technology.</p> more like this
