answer text <p>Priority services have resumed in some locations.</p><p>The resumption of priority services in specific locations remains under review and services will be reintroduced on a phased basis where they can be delivered. This is dependent on various factors including the easing of local restrictions relating to Covid-19 and courier delivery services.</p><p>UKVI continues to keep this position under review and will publicise any changes to services.</p> more like this

answer text <p>Shortly after the oral statement in March I met with the Rt Hon member and subsequently met with some of his constituents affected by this this issue.</p><p>During our meeting I explained the position we were taking on this subject.</p><p>I have recently asked my officials for further advice on the specific issue he raised around what leave is granted to those who are found not to have practiced deception, but who do not otherwise qualify for leave as a result of their Article 8 rights.</p><p>I will write to the Rt Hon member with a further update in due course.</p> more like this

answer text <p>The measures put in place to increase capacity for processing passport applications have successfully helped to reduce turnaround times.</p><p>This includes rolling out a new system which increases the ability to process applications from home, and which is now processing almost 60 per cent of UK digital applications.</p><p>On 23 September, the median processing time for passport applications received from the UK was 8 working days<strong>. </strong></p> more like this

answer text <p>The Minimum Income Requirement as a whole is set at the level which prevents burdens on the taxpayer and promotes integration.</p><p>Given the economic impact of Covid-19 we have made adjustments to the requirements under it to support those affected.</p><p>Such adjustments are among a range of measures put in place by the Home Office to support those affected by the COVID-19 outbreak.
