answer text <p>The EU Settlement Scheme will remain open to applications after 30 June 2021, including:</p><ul><li>where the applicant has reasonable grounds for missing the deadline applicable to them;</li><li>where a person granted pre-settled status is applying for settled status;</li><li>where the applicant is a relevant family member joining an EEA or Swiss citizen resident in the UK by the end of the transition period;</li><li>where the applicant is a relevant family member of a qualifying British citizen and has returned with them to the UK by 29 March 2022 after living together in the EEA or Switzerland since before the end of the transition period.</li></ul> more like this
