answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 24/11/2014 answer text <p>The Government continues to fully support the Northern Ireland Justice Minister, who is leading discussions with the parties, to try to secure full operating powers for the National Crime Agency in Northern Ireland. Home Office Ministers have regular discussions with Ministerial colleagues and others. The comparative number of staff in frontline roles is also provided.<br><br>The Home Office did not collect this data prior to March 2012. They must also include a link to the slavery and human trafficking statement in a prominent place on their website’s homepage. <br><br>Where a business uncovers slavery or trafficking in their supply chains they will be encouraged to report their concerns or findings to the relevant authorities in that jurisdiction. The Office for National Statistics publishes quarterly data on the number of fraud offences recorded by Action Fraud. This <br>includes a breakdown by the type of fraud, some of which have a clear online element. <br><br>Action Fraud are looking at developing ways to better identify the subset of fraud offences that involve an online element. Consultancy contracts are awarded either at fixed day rates by consultant grade or by maximum or capped prices for delivery of a package of work and are not normally subject to change.
