answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 11/06/2018 answer text <p>The Department for Transport has no plans to publish guidance on Play Streets. It is for local authorities to decide whether or not to implement road closures.</p><p> </p><p>Specific legislation covering Play Streets is provided in section 29 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. This enables local authorities to close roads for the purposes of street play, through a Traffic Regulation Order. This must be indicated on street with appropriate traffic signs.</p><p> </p><p>Local authorities may also close roads under Section 16a of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, but this legislation covers special events, rather than specifically street play. An order under this section may only be made three times a year. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/02/2017 answer text <p>The Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA) is undertaking a consultation with its workforce on potential options for pension reform, after which the NDA will take account of the consultation responses and make proposals for the Government to consider. The NDA estate is part of the public sector, as classified by the Office of National Statistics, in that it receives over £2bn of funding from the UK taxpayer every year.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>The Government recognises the unique context that Site Licence Companies and their workforces operate in. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 30/01/2017 answer text <p>The Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has allocated £1.95bn to 2026 to co-fund aerospace related R&amp;D activities: 160 technology projects worth £1.3 billion are currently under way, spanning wings, engines, aero structures and advanced systems. This involves 195 different companies and organisations, including over 100 SMEs. In addition the Government is also helping the sector develop its supply chain by investing £80m in the Sharing in Growth supply chain performance improvement programme; the lead 43 companies have already won in excess of £1.4 billion of contracts as a result of this work. The Government is investing £80m in the Sharing in Growth supply chain performance improvement programme; the lead 43 companies have already won in excess of £1.4 billion of contracts as a result of this work. The Government also supports the National Aerospace Technology Exploitation Programme, which help SMEs innovate, develop and market technology.
