<p>Our High Commission in Pretoria and Consulate in Cape Town have regular engagement with the South African host authorities on safety and security. We keep our travel advice under constant review and make regular updates to ensure it reflects our assessment of risk to British nationals, including highlighting hotspots where British nationals would be at more risk of being the victims of crime or violence.</p>
