Cold Weather Priority Delivery is one of the principles for the Customer Charter to which their members agree. Existing initiatives which may be applicable include an exemption on business rates for green technology and grants under the Boiler Upgrade Scheme.</p><p> </p><p>The Government is reviewing the additional levers that could be introduced to help improve energy efficiency of organisations, including financial support.
