For job outcomes recorded after this, outcome dates are based on the date that payments were made to providers following pre-payment validation processes to confirm job outcomes. answer text <p>The Work Programme has revolutionised how we help the long-term unemployed into work. It is designed to be good value for the taxpayer because providers only get paid on the results they achieve when they get someone into a lasting job, usually at least six months (or 3 for the hardest to help).
