answer text <p>The Government is committed to addressing the issue of homelessness. We have allocated over £1.2 billion in homelessness funding to 2020. This includes £100 million for the Rough Sleeping Strategy, to help achieve the Government’s objective of reducing rough sleeping by half by 2022 and eliminating it by 2027. Departments, local authorities and their scheme managers to whom administration ‎is delegated<em> </em>are responsible for reconciling GMP data with HMRC.
