answer text <p>The average time taken to process joint tax claims, from the first point of receipt to the first day of payment, in the last 12 months was 30.31 days. The data is inclusive of both UK and International Claims.</p><p> </p><p>HMRC have a public target of processing claims and changes for tax credits and Child Benefit customers within an average of 22 days for UK customers and 92 days for International customers. Both targets are currently being achieved.</p> more like this
