answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 28/03/2019 answer text <p>The Government will bring forward proposals for a third meaningful vote as soon as possible and, if it is passed, an extension to 22 May will provide the time to pass the necessary legislation. Between 2008 and 2017, the UK has contributed €148 billion to the annual EU budget, and received €68 billion in receipts to both the public and private sector.</p><p>Additionally, HM Treasury produce an annual European Finances Statement which details the UK’s contribution to the EU over the past year.
