<p>The Chancellor of the Exchequer and the Secretary of State for Transport regularly discuss a variety of transport proposals. The Department for Transport is currently reviewing the Strategic Outline Business Case for the proposed Midlands Rail Hub, including the request for funding to undertake an Outline Business Case.</p>
