<p>The Chancellor of the Exchequer is the UK Governor of the European Investment Bank and meets with his European counterparts on a regular basis to discuss a range of issues; including how the UK can provide assurances to sustain the flow of EIB and EIF funding to UK businesses and projects.</p>
