answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 15/03/2018 answer text <p>In 2006, Defra published a study into the environmental impacts of a number of commodities, including palm oil.</p><p> </p><p>In 2012, Defra published the UK Statement on the Sustainable Production of Palm Oil which was signed by trade associations, NGOs and Government, and aimed to achieve 100% sourcing of credibly certified sustainable palm oil. The final report in February 2017 reported that by 2015 either 87% or 108% of UK palm oil imports were supported by Roundtable for Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO) certification, depending on the trade data source used.</p><p> </p><p>Defra is committed to supporting implementation of deforestation free supply chains for key commodities, including palm oil. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 16/03/2018 answer text <p>The Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) is an important source of funding for landscapes and achieving the 25 Year Environment Plan goals.</p><p> </p><p>As a result, dedicated programmes for landscape partnerships, places of worship, parks and townscape heritage are being administered in a more streamlined way.</p><p> </p><p>In 2018/19, the HLF will fund landscape partnerships through its Heritage Grants programme. From 2019 onwards, the HLF anticipates continuing to support landscape partnerships through the Heritage Grants programme as well as through a place-based campaign. Whilst it is not possible to prevent all oil spills into the river, in this incident, the Environment Agency have traced the waste oil to a potential polluter, details of which cannot currently be released due to the ongoing investigation. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 12/03/2018 answer text <p>River Basin Management Plans provide an overview of a River Basin District and give details of water bodies and their condition as well as proposed actions needed for water bodies to improve status and prevent deterioration. These include actions that water companies and other sectors need to complete to help achieve good status and prevent deterioration.</p><p> </p><p>United Utilities’ Asset Management Plan (AMP6) for the period 2015 to 2020 includes a number of schemes designed to improve water quality across the Ribble catchment. By improving the quality of waste water discharged to rivers and coastal waters from sewage treatment works and reducing the frequency and duration of discharges from storm overflows, water quality will be improved in, for example, the River Darwen, River Calder, River Hyndburn, River Yarrow and Colne Water.
