answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/10/2016 answer text <p>Workforce planning, including apprenticeships, is the responsibility of individual departments.</p><p>However, in light of the Government’s manifesto commitment to achieve three million new apprenticeship starts in England by the end of the Parliament, the Cabinet Office will be collecting data on apprenticeships to allow the Civil Service to report on our contribution towards the national target.
