I have regular discussions on a wide range of issues relating to aviation, including on air traffic management with my EU counterparts. The Political Declaration sets out the terms of our future relationship with the EU and includes a commitment that the UK and the EU will establish a Comprehensive Air Transport Agreement that will cover air traffic management. There would be no disruption to the UK’s provision of air navigation services in the unlikely event that the UK leaves the EU without a deal.
