answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 29/01/2019 answer text <p>Throughout the Bill’s passage through Parliament the Department has consulted with individuals as well as representative organisations for people with dementia, brain injuries and learning difficulties on the potential effect of the Mental Capacity (Amendment) Bill. The Department has also made reference to the written evidence submitted to the Public Bill Committee.</p><p>The Bill will implement the Law Commission’s reform model, the Liberty Protection Safeguards.
