answer text <p>Professional and Career Development Loans are open to UK citizens who seek financial support for a wide range of tertiary education provision.</p><p> </p><p>In recent years, nearly 7/10 of the typical 7000-8000 loans per year have been taken out by those participating in postgraduate study. Nearly 90% of loans are taken out by residents of England.</p><p> </p><p>It has not been possible to split applied art and design from art and design. Categorisation is a result of the government’s interpretation of the course title.
