If this is not possible, Ministers commit to respond by letter once the necessary information has been obtained.</p><p> </p><p>The way this data is collected changed from 4 June 2014. To provide information before that date would incur disproportionate costs. Since 4 June, Ministers committed to respond by letter to questions from the hon. answer	answer is ministerial correction date of answer 27/11/2014 answer text <p /> <p>There was consideration of equality impacts before the provisions went into the Criminal Justice and Courts Bill to create a system of recall adjudicators to review the detention of recalled determinate sentenced offenders. The aim of the joint protocol between NOMS, the police and the CPS is to strengthen, rather than replace, existing policy and requirements on the reporting of crime committed in prison. It is not anticipated that a large number of additional crimes will be processed through the court as a result of the protocol.
